Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen (SCCA) is a highly specific tumor marker and one of the earliest biomarkers used in cancer diagnostics. It was originally isolated from cervical carcinoma tissue and, based on its biological activity, belongs to the serine protease inhibitor (serpin) family. SCCA comprises two genes, SCCA1 and SCCA2, which are involved in tumor cell proliferation. It is clinically valuable for the diagnosis and monitoring of all malignancies originating from squamous epithelial cells.

AccuSift provides high-performance Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen Antibody Pairs, offering excellent lot-to-lot consistency. These pairs are specifically optimized for IVD kit development across multiple platforms, including lateral flow assays, chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA), ELISA, and POCT. With high affinity and high specificity, they enable rapid and reliable detection.
