Carbohydrate Antigen 72-4 (CA72-4) is a mucin-type carcinoembryonic antigen and a broad-spectrum tumor marker. The normal reference range is generally 0–6.7 μg/L, with slight variations across different testing institutions.

CA72-4 demonstrates a diagnostic sensitivity of 40%–70% for gastric cancer and offers superior specificity compared to CA19-9 and CEA, making it one of the preferred biomarkers for auxiliary gastric cancer screening. It also holds significant diagnostic value for mucinous ovarian cancer, and when used in combination with CA125, it can substantially improve ovarian cancer detection rates. In addition, elevated CA72-4 levels may be observed in colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and breast cancer.

AccuSift provides high-performance CA72-4 antibody pairs, delivering excellent lot-to-lot consistency and optimized for IVD kit development—including lateral flow assays, chemiluminescence immunoassays, ELISA, and POCT platforms. With high affinity and high specificity, these antibodies enable rapid and reliable detection.
