Carbohydrate Antigen 50 (CA50) is a non-specific, broad-spectrum tumor marker. The normal reference value is generally <20 μg/L, with minor variations across different testing institutions.
CA50 demonstrates the highest sensitivity for pancreatic cancer, with approximately 80%–90% of patients presenting significantly elevated levels. It also aids in the auxiliary screening of gastrointestinal malignancies such as gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, and hepatocellular carcinoma. Additionally, CA50 is valuable for evaluating therapeutic efficacy and monitoring tumor recurrence or metastasis.
AccuSift provides high-performance CA50 antibody pairs, offering excellent lot-to-lot consistency and optimized for IVD kit development—including lateral flow assays, chemiluminescence immunoassays, ELISA, and POCT platforms. With high affinity and high specificity, these antibodies enable rapid and reliable detection.
