AccuSift provides high-performance antibody pairs for Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) with exceptional lot-to-lot consistency. Optimized for IVD kit development (Lateral Flow, CLIA, ELISA, POCT), these antibodies offer high affinity and specificity to facilitate rapid detection.
Carcinoembryonic Antigen (CEA) is an acidic glycoprotein with human embryonic antigen characteristics. It is present on the surface of cancer cells derived from endodermal cell differentiation and is a cell membrane structural protein. It is synthesized in the cytoplasm, secreted through the cell membrane into the extracellular space, and then enters the surrounding body fluids.CEA is a broad-spectrum tumor marker and cannot serve as a specific indicator for diagnosing particular malignancies. However, it still holds significant clinical value in the differential diagnosis, disease monitoring, and treatment evaluation of malignant tumors.
