Carbohydrate Antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) is one of the most widely used clinical tumor markers associated with gastrointestinal malignancies. The normal reference value is typically <37 U/mL, though slight variations may exist across different laboratory testing standards.
CA19-9 demonstrates a diagnostic sensitivity of 70%–90% for pancreatic cancer, making it the preferred serum biomarker for this indication. It also aids in the auxiliary diagnosis of other gastrointestinal cancers, including cholangiocarcinoma, gastric cancer, and colorectal cancer. In addition, CA19-9 is valuable for evaluating treatment response and monitoring postoperative recurrence or metastasis.
AccuSift provides high-performance CA19-9 antibody pairs, offering excellent lot-to-lot consistency and optimized for IVD kit development—including lateral flow assays, chemiluminescence immunoassays, ELISA, and POCT platforms. With high affinity and high specificity, these antibodies enable rapid and reliable detection.
