We are well aware that the use of specific and stable reliable products is of utmost importance. To ensure the performance of the products, we have verified all AccuSift antibodies, test kits and reagents, ensuring that their performance in the applicable applications of our products meets the requirements. If during your experiments you find that the performance of a certain product does not meet the instructions on our website or in the manual, please send an email in writing to AccuSift or the authorized agent within 3 months of receiving the product and before the usage volume exceeds half, stating the performance issue. After completing the technical support form detailing the performance problem, our scientific experts will contact you for consultation and troubleshooting. If the problem remains unresolved after consulting the AccuSift technical support scientist, AccuSift will confirm and approve the free replacement of the antibody.
At the same time, product compensation is limited to the product's value only and does not cover any other losses. If your sample is extremely valuable, please be sure to conduct tests using appropriate positive controls first.
