AccuSift provides high-performance enramycin competitive assay pairings, characterized by exceptional batch-to-batch consistency and optimized for IVD kit development (Lateral Flow, Chemiluminescence, ELISA, POCT). These pairings offer high affinity and specificity, facilitating rapid detection.

Enramycin is a polypeptide antibiotic produced by Streptomycesfermentation, composed of unsaturated fatty acids bonded to 17 amino acids. Its primary active components are enramycin A and B in hydrochloride form. The molecular structure provides heat and moisture resistance, maintaining stability during feed processing, though it requires protection from light and low-temperature storage to prevent degradation. The antibiotic inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis and demonstrates strong bactericidal effects against Gram-positive bacteria (e.g., Clostridium, Streptococcus), with low propensity for resistance development even after prolonged use.
As a veterinary-exclusive feed additive, enramycin improves growth performance and feed conversion efficiency in livestock and poultry, effectively reducing intestinal diseases such as watery diarrhea in chickens and scours in pigs.
