AccuSift offers high-performance, popular antibody pairs for Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome (HFRS) virus, demonstrating exceptional lot-to-lot consistency. They are specifically optimized for the development of IVD kits (Lateral Flow, Chemiluminescence, ELISA, POCT). With high affinity and high specificity, these antibodies facilitate rapid detection.
Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome (HFRS), also known as epidemic hemorrhagic fever, is a natural focal disease caused by Hantavirus. The primary clinical symptoms of HFRS include fever, hemorrhage, shock, and renal impairment. The typical disease course consists of five stages: febrile phase, hypotensive shock phase, oliguric phase, diuretic phase, and convalescent phase. The incubation period ranges from 4 to 46 days prior to onset, commonly around 2 weeks. The disease can be transmitted via various routes, including the respiratory tract, digestive tract, contact (e.g., rodent bites), vector-borne, and aerosol transmission. The main reservoir hosts are rodents, while other animals such as cats, pigs, and dogs, as well as patients in the early stages of infection, can also carry the virus.Source: Mouse Monoclonal AntibodyRecommended Pairing: (Coating) / (Labeling)Storage: Store at ≤ -20°C for long-term storage, and at 2-8°C for short-term storage.
