Protein A/G/L is a recombinant fusion product of the antibody-binding domains of Protein A, Protein G, and Protein L, expressed through genetic engineering. It contains 5 antibody-binding domains from Protein A, 3 from Protein G, and 5 from Protein L. The cell wall-binding domains, serum protein-binding domains, and other non-specific binding domains have been removed to maximize antibody-binding specificity. Compared to individual Protein A, Protein G, or Protein L, Protein A/G/L exhibits broader antibody binding species and subtypes, along with higher antibody affinity.Molecular Weight: 97.6 kDa
