Protein A/G is a recombinant fusion protein produced by genetically engineering the antibody-binding domains of Protein A and Protein G. It contains 5 antibody-binding domains from Protein A and 3 from Protein G, with the cell wall-binding domains, serum protein-binding domains, and other non-specific binding domains removed.
