AccuSift provides high-performance imidacloprid competitive assay pairings, characterized by exceptional batch-to-batch consistency and optimized for IVD kit development (Lateral Flow, Chemiluminescence, ELISA, POCT). These pairings offer high affinity and specificity, facilitating rapid detection.Imidacloprid is a systemic nitromethylene insecticide belonging to the neonicotinoid class. It is broad-spectrum, highly effective, low-toxicity, and low-residue, with a low propensity for pest resistance. It acts as a contact, stomach, and systemic poison. Upon contact, it disrupts normal nerve transmission in the central nervous system of pests, leading to paralysis and death. The product provides rapid action, achieving high efficacy within one day of application, with a residual activity of about 25 days. Its efficacy increases with higher ambient temperatures. It is mainly used for controlling piercing-sucking insects.Because the chemical is absorbed by plant roots and leaves and translocated to flowers and pollen, it is highly toxic to pollinators such as bees, significantly affecting crop yields.Performance Characteristics:
