AccuSift provides high-performance antibody pairs for Apolipoprotein A-I (ApoA1) with exceptional lot-to-lot consistency. Optimized for IVD kit development (Lateral Flow, CLIA, ELISA, POCT), these antibodies offer high affinity and specificity to facilitate rapid detection.

Background:
Apolipoprotein (apo) is the protein component of plasma lipoproteins, whose primary function is to transport lipids. ApoA1 is mainly synthesized in the liver, with minor synthesis occurring in the small intestine. It is the principal structural protein of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-CHOL), accounting for 60%–70% of its total protein content. The measurement of ApoA1 directly reflects the level of HDL-CHOL.
