Enalaprilat (also known as enalaprilic acid or Vasotec IV) is the active metabolite of enalapril. As an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, its injectable formulation is indicated for the management of hypertensive emergencies and the rapid reduction of blood pressure in patients with stable heart failure, particularly in those unable to receive oral medication. Major adverse reactions include hypotension, headache, and abnormal renal function parameters. It is contraindicated in patients with severe renal insufficiency or hypotension, and electrolyte levels and blood pressure must be monitored during administration.
AccuSift provides high-performance competitive antibody pairs for enalaprilat detection. These reagents offer exceptional inter-batch consistency and are optimized specifically for IVD kit development, including lateral flow assays, chemiluminescence, ELISA, and POCT platforms. Featuring high affinity and high specificity, they enable rapid and reliable detection.
