AccuSift provides high-performance Hantavirus Recombinant Antigen, featuring excellent batch-to-batch consistency and optimized for IVD kit development (lateral flow, chemiluminescence, ELISA, POCT). With high affinity and specificity, they support rapid detection.
Hantavirus is a type of enveloped, segmented negative-strand RNA virus belonging to the Hantavirus family of the Bunyaviridae order. The particles of the hantavirus are polymorphic, mostly round or oval in shape, with an average diameter of 122 nm. The nucleic acid type is single negative-strand RNA, and the nucleocapsid has a helical symmetric structure. Clinically, it mainly causes two acute infectious diseases: hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and hantavirus pulmonary syndrome.
