Chinese law stipulates that only central blood stations are permitted to collect whole human blood for clinical transfusion, and the trade of human blood is strictly prohibited. Therefore, procuring human-derived serum from any source carries significant legal risks.

Human-derived serum presents challenges in safety, compliance, and availability. To address these issues, AccuSift employs organoid technology to simulate the in vivo environment and produce an artificial serum matrix, "Artificial Serum," which can serve as a substitute for human or other animal-derived serum matrices.
Many so-called artificial serums on the market are simply formulated by mixing recombinant proteins with buffers. AccuSift's Artificial Serum is fundamentally different from these and should not be confused. Given the complex composition of human serum and the significant variation between individuals, human-derived serum exhibits considerable batch-to-batch variability. While it is impossible for an artificial serum matrix to be identical to human serum, AccuSift's product achieves high similarity and low matrix interference.
Characteristics of the Artificial Serum Matrix:

Safe and compliant

Low batch-to-batch variability, no individual differences

Free from human or animal-derived contamination

Low matrix interference compared to human serum

Lyophilizable

Excellent stability

Applications:
Suitable for platforms including turbidimetry, biochemical assays, chemiluminescence, chromatography, ELISA, and Western blot. Can be used as a matrix for preparing standards, quality controls, reference materials, diluents, calibrators, and more.
Note: Not intended for cell culture or clinical experiments.
