This product is prepared by immunizing New Zealand rabbits with IgY isolated from chicken egg white, collecting high-titer rabbit anti-chicken IgY serum, followed by affinity chromatography purification and low-temperature sterile filtration.The antibody exhibits a high titer (1:1,000,000) and excellent specificity, with no cross-reactivity to human IgG, mouse IgG, or other immunoglobulins. It is suitable for applications such as ELISA, immunohistochemistry, and Western blot.
