AccuSift provides high-performance competitive immunoassay antibody pairs for Repaglinide with exceptional lot-to-lot consistency. Optimized for IVD kit development (Lateral Flow, CLIA, ELISA, POCT), these antibodies offer high affinity and specificity to facilitate rapid detection.
Repaglinide is a new-generation, short-acting, non-sulfonylurea oral insulin secretagogue hypoglycemic agent. It works by stimulating the pancreas to release insulin, leading to a rapid decrease in blood glucose levels. This action depends on functional beta cells in the islets. Unlike other oral insulin secretagogues, it achieves this effect by binding to a different receptor, which closes ATP-dependent potassium channels in the beta cell membrane, causes beta cell depolarization, opens calcium channels, increases calcium influx, and thereby induces insulin secretion from beta cells.
