AccuSift provides high‑performance alkaline phosphatase competitive assay pairings, characterized by exceptional batch‑to‑batch consistency and optimized for IVD kit development (Lateral Flow, Chemiluminescence, ELISA, POCT). These pairings offer high affinity and specificity, facilitating rapid detection.

Alkaline phosphatase is an enzyme widely distributed in human liver, bone, intestine, kidney, and placenta, and is excreted from the liver into bile. It catalyzes the removal of 5′‑phosphate groups from nucleic acid molecules, converting 5′‑P termini to 5′‑OH termini in DNA or RNA fragments. It is not a single enzyme but a group of isoenzymes, with six isoenzymes (AKP1, AKP2, AKP3, AKP4, AKP5, AKP6) identified. Among them, AKP1, AKP2, and AKP6 originate from the liver; AKP3 from bone cells; AKP4 from placenta and cancer cells; and AKP5 from intestinal villous epithelium and fibroblasts.
