This antibody is prepared by immunizing New Zealand White rabbits with highly purified mouse IgG, followed by collection of high-titer rabbit anti-mouse IgG serum and purification via affinity chromatography. The antibody exhibits high titer (1:1,000,000) and excellent specificity, with no cross-reactivity to other immunoglobulins. It is suitable for applications such as ELISA, immunohistochemistry, and Western blot.
