AccuSift provides high-performance gibberellin competitive assay pairings, characterized by exceptional batch-to-batch consistency and optimized for IVD kit development (Lateral Flow, Chemiluminescence, ELISA, POCT). These pairings offer high affinity and specificity, facilitating rapid detection.

Gibberellins are a class of diterpenoid phytohormones containing the gibberellane skeleton, belonging to kaurene derivatives. They promote stem elongation, induce flowering, and regulate seed germination, among other functions.
The hormone regulates gene expression through DELLA protein degradation. The GRF4 protein interacts with DELLA proteins to coordinately regulate plant carbon‑nitrogen metabolic balance. Gibberellins exist in three forms: free, conjugated, and bound. They induce α‑amylase synthesis to promote starch hydrolysis in barley seeds. In the synergistic regulation of apical hook formation with ethylene, DELLA proteins modulate HLS1 gene expression by inhibiting EIN3/EIL1 transcriptional activity. In agricultural production, gibberellins enhance cotton boll set and regulate tomato growth.
