AccuSift provides high-performance penconazole competitive assay pairings, characterized by exceptional batch-to-batch consistency and optimized for IVD kit development (Lateral Flow, Chemiluminescence, ELISA, POCT). These pairings offer high affinity and specificity, facilitating rapid detection.

Penconazole is a triazole-class fungicide that works by inhibiting sterol demethylation, thereby blocking fungal growth. It is absorbed by the roots, stems, and leaves of crops and is translocated upward. Laboratory and field trials have shown it to be highly effective against grape white rot. It is non-irritating to skin and eyes, and exhibits no sensitization, teratogenicity, or carcinogenicity. In environmental safety assessments, its half-life in dry soil ranges from 133 to 343 days. It shows low toxicity to fish, birds, bees, and earthworms. Use requires measures to avoid contamination of water sources and mulberry trees (affecting silkworms).
