AccuSift provides high-performance triadimefon competitive assay pairings, characterized by exceptional batch-to-batch consistency and optimized for IVD kit development (Lateral Flow, Chemiluminescence, ELISA, POCT). These pairings offer high affinity and specificity, facilitating rapid detection.

Triadimefon is a highly effective, broad-spectrum systemic fungicide with protective, curative, and eradicant properties, capable of translocation within plants. Its primary fungicidal mechanism involves inhibiting the biosynthesis of ergosterol, a key component of fungal cell membranes, thereby disrupting cellular structure. This action suppresses or interferes with the development of fungal appressoria and haustoria, inhibiting mycelial growth and spore formation. As a preferred agent for controlling various crop diseases, triadimefon effectively prevents wheat rust and powdery mildew, as well as head smut and leaf spot in corn and sorghum. It also demonstrates significant efficacy against wheat take-all, smut, loose smut, leaf blight, and scald. Furthermore, it provides good control of powdery mildew on melons, tobacco, mulberry, and apple trees.
According to China's pesticide toxicity classification standards, triadimefon is considered a low-toxicity fungicide, with low toxicity to higher animals, mild irritation to skin and mucous membranes, and low toxicity to fish.
