AccuSift provides high-performance Olaquindox competitive assay pairings, characterized by exceptional batch-to-batch consistency and optimized for IVD kit development (Lateral Flow, Chemiluminescence, ELISA, POCT). These pairings offer high affinity and specificity, facilitating rapid detection.Olaquindox is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent belonging to the quinoxaline family, possessing protein anabolic effects and promoting animal growth. It exhibits high sensitivity against Gram-negative bacteria, with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 50-100 μg/mL against Gram-positive bacteria (superior to antibiotics like chlortetracycline), inhibits spirochetes, and maintains antibacterial activity against drug-resistant strains. It improves feed conversion ratio and lean meat percentage. This drug is synthesized using o-nitroaniline as the starting material, reacting with sodium hypochlorite to form benzofuroxan, which subsequently reacts with diketene and ethanolamine to yield the crude product that can be purified by recrystallization. According to Announcement No. 2638 (2018) from the Ministry of Agriculture, the use of olaquindox in food-producing animals has been prohibited to ensure the safety and quality of animal products, due to its cumulative toxicity, genotoxicity, and teratogenic risks.
