AccuSift provides high-performance sulfaquinoxaline competitive assay pairings, characterized by exceptional batch-to-batch consistency and optimized for IVD kit development (Lateral Flow, Chemiluminescence, ELISA, POCT). These pairings offer high affinity and specificity, facilitating rapid detection.

Sulfaquinoxaline is a sulfonamide antimicrobial agent primarily used for the prevention and treatment of coccidiosis in livestock and poultry. It inhibits pathogen growth by interfering with bacterial nucleoprotein synthesis. Often combined with trimethoprim or amprolium to enhance efficacy, it demonstrates significant activity against Eimeria maximaand Eimeria brunettiin poultry. Synthesized from raw materials such as o-phenylenediamine or 2-chloroquinoxaline, it is commonly formulated as premixes or soluble powders for use in poultry and ruminants. Dosage and withdrawal periods (e.g., 7 days for broilers) must be strictly controlled to avoid toxicity in chicks and reduced eggshell quality in laying hens.
